1. Scope#

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to software applications developed and published by Temuri Takalandze, operating as ABGEO (“we,” “us,” “the Developer”), that link to this page (each, an “Application”). If a specific Application publishes its own terms, that document governs instead of this one.

By downloading, installing, or using an Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. The Applications#

The Applications are, unless stated otherwise, provided free of charge and released as open source software. The source code, license, and documentation for each Application are published on GitHub at https://github.com/ABGEO. The license listed in an Application’s repository governs your rights to copy, modify, and redistribute its source code; these Terms govern your use of the Application itself.

3. Third-Party Services#

Some Applications connect to third-party services, such as Slack or Google, using credentials you provide and authorize directly with that service. Your use of any third-party service through an Application is subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not a party to your agreement with that provider and are not responsible for its availability, content, or conduct.

4. Acceptable Use#

You agree to use the Applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any third-party terms that apply to services you connect through them. You are responsible for the credentials, tokens, and data you provide to an Application, and for keeping your device secure.

5. No Warranty#

The Applications are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, an Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an Application will not exceed the amount you paid for it, which for a free Application is zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination#

You may stop using an Application at any time by uninstalling it and revoking any access it was granted to third-party services. We may discontinue or modify an Application at any time, including by ending support for it, without obligation to provide notice.

8. Governing Law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection under the law of your country of residence, where applicable.

9. Changes to These Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of an Application after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
